At Lindt, we don't just sell chocolate, we create magical moments. We're looking for a passionate and energetic Keyholder to join our team and help deliver an exceptional retail experience. If you're a strong leader with a love for chocolate and customer service, we'd love to meet you!

The role's purpose:

The Keyholder role is essential in supporting the store team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and assisting with various store duties. As a Keyholder, you will help us achieve our mission to Enchant the World With Chocolate.

Availability - 25-30 hours/ week

Pay rate - $18.35/ hour

What You'll Do:

Leadership and Teamwork:

  • Assist with manager on duty responsibilities, holding a key and opening and closing the store.
  • Support team members to achieve daily sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Participate in training and onboarding new team members.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and execution of in-store activations.

Customer Service:

  • Welcome customers to the store, answer questions, and provide personalized assistance on product features.
  • Handle returns and resolves customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by sharing Lindt's values and product excellence.
  • Support efforts to drive B2B sales by promoting corporate gifting options.

Inventory:

  • Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and inventory control procedures.
  • Support inventory duties, including stock replenishment and receiving.
  • Assist with coordinating corporate gifting orders.

Cash Handling:

  • Assist with cash handling duties.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to drive sales.
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
  • Familiarity with inventory control and visual standards
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
