In this role, you will diagnose, service, and repair vehicles while prioritizing an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, service, and repair customer vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on brakes, steering, suspension, drivetrain, electrical, cooling, climate control, and related systems
  • Road test vehicles for diagnostic and quality control purposes
  • Complete work safely, accurately, and efficiently
  • Document repairs clearly using proper condition, cause, and correction notes
  • Identify and communicate additional recommended repairs or maintenance
  • Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and other technicians to keep workflow moving
  • Follow warranty, recall, safety, and dealership repair procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
  • Support a team-first culture built on being trustworthy, a team player, and happy to help

What You Bring

  • Automotive service technician experience
  • Journeyman/Red Seal certification 
  • Strong apprentice-level candidates may also be considered
  • Dealership experience is a strong asset
  • Import brand experience is an asset
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • Good documentation habits and attention to detail
  • Experience with CDK or a similar dealership system is an asset
  • Own tools required to perform automotive service and repair work
  • Reliable attendance, accountability, and a professional attitude
