Job description

RJ's Construction Supply is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate / Rebar Fabricator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing quality work while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.


Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and cut rebar according to customer specifications and work orders
  • Operate rebar fabrication equipment, including cutters and benders
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery
  • Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
  • Assist customers with loading materials when needed
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Keep work areas clean and free of hazards


Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, construction materials, steel, or rebar fabrication experience preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to read measurements and work from fabrication instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
  • Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions when required
