You will also: Process commercial loan requests, loan extensions and loan modifications as requested by commercial lender(s). Process and monitor loan advance as requested by commercial lender(s).Review Exception Report with commercial lender(s) on at least a monthly basis and works to collect required documents to satisfy loan exceptions, contacting customers as necessary. Work with Credit Administration to keep credit files updated and current.Be responsible for accurate preparation and maintenance of all new, renewed or increases of commercial loans, installments, lines of credit, to comply with regulatory requirement and bank policies.Ensure credits comply with all loan approval requirements and conditions.Be responsible for assisting with collecting and tracking of collateral reporting items (borrowing base certificates, accounts receivable listings/aging, inventory reports, etc.).Assist with preparation of loan file memos, reports, and comment sheets.Direct contact with customers regarding initial loan requests/approvals, inquiries, closings and gather requested financial information.Respond to internal and external customer inquiries and resolve routing customer problems regarding loan related products and services and see such questions through to resolution.Research computer problems and errors with regard to loan-related matters.Assist commercial lender(s) with coordinating all required documents needed for loan closings with borrowers, attorneys, and realtors.Assist commercial lender(s) with bank correspondence to existing loan customers and prospects.Be responsible for assisting with collecting and tracking of annual financial statements and interim financials from customers.Be responsible for assisting with and making sure proper loan covenants, ratio requirements, loan default triggers, financial and collateral reporting requirements, and such other “Additional Terms” are included in the bank’s loan documentation.Take accurate and complete messages for associates and assists in scheduling appointments and meetings.Prepare management reports on the loan portfolio as directed.Provide friendly, professional, efficient and accurate service to customers and bank personnel, both within and outside the department.Be willing to participate in all other responsibilities as assigned by management.Experience:You may be wondering what we are looking for in a candidate.Qualified candidates should possess a bachelor’s or associate degree, preferably in a business or related course of study.
