Westside Grill & Fireplace is searching for a Sales Associate to join our growing team! We offer our
employees a family feel work environment and a place you enjoy spending your
days grilling and enhancing a small business.



Job Description



We are looking for individuals willing to offer exceptional service with the highest
integrity to provide knowledge and service on gas logs and grills. Experience
is favorable but not necessary. Possible Manager Position is available depending on experience.

Qualifications
for Sales Associate:
 

    • Must pass background screen
    • Sales oriented and can help educate our customers on  the best product for them
    • Advanced customer service skills
    • Must be open to regular coaching while demonstrating continual  growth professionally
    • Ability to stick to our sales process, and close the sale
    • A sales background is helpful, but not necessary
    • We look for passionate foodies who are excited to talk about our products
    • Managerial position requires at least 5 years  experience in a management position and experience working with social  media and web sales. Will also be in charge of growing and maintaining outside sales relationships with contractors, realtors, etc.
