This role, reporting to Marketing leadership, executes day-to-day outbound outreach — identifying prospects, personalizing outreach, and connecting engaged leads to Sales.

This is an in-person role with a required commitment of 2 days per month (bi-weekly) reporting to RTM’s main office/warehouse in West Norriton, PA.

Company Description

Realtime Media (RTM) is a leading digital promotions company that specializes in the complete administration of games of chance and skill, including sweepstakes, instant win games, contests, and purchase-based rewards and loyalty programs. We provide end-to-end promotion administration, combining legal compliance, proprietary technology, and expert winner and prize management to ensure promotions are compliant and perform to achieve their marketing goals. Our clients include some of the world’s most recognized brands, such as Hershey, Campari, General Motors, Instacart, Kohl’s, and L’Oréal, and some of the largest advertising agencies known globally.

This is an exciting time to join RTM as we continue to invest in our technology, processes, and team to support our growth and raise the bar for how promotions are executed. Our culture is collaborative, curious, and client-centric, with a strong focus on accountability and continuous improvement. At RTM, we value people who care deeply about quality, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to help build scalable solutions that make our clients successful and our company stronger.

Benefits include: paid time-off, healthcare benefits, and 401K with matching.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospects for outreach based on RTM’s ideal customer profile and target account lists
  • Personalize and send outbound email sequences using established templates
  • Provide engaged prospects with further information, while pre-qualifying their interest
  • Connect engaged, qualified prospects to the Sales team for hand-off
  • Track and report on outreach activity and results in HubSpot

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $55,000 per year
  • Performance-based incentive on top of base, tied to qualified calls (SQLs) delivered to Sales and new business closed from BDR-sourced pipeline
  • Total compensation upside grows with individual pipeline performance, with meaningful earning potential for consistent high performers

Education:

  • 4-year college degree required, ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or marketing (including internships) required
  • Strong written communication skills required
  • Highly organized with the ability to maintain consistent, high-volume daily output
  • Resilient and self-motivated; accountable for results, even through slow stretches
  • Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven daily activity
  • Operational knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM strongly preferred
  • Team player with a positive attitude and open to guidance and constructive feedback
