Moorings Park Communities is looking for a conceptual, visually sophisticated Graphic Designer, Digital & Multimedia who can turn brand and campaign strategies into compelling creative across print, digital and multimedia channels.

We are looking for someone who brings a creative point of view—not just technical proficiency—and can independently translate ideas into polished, premium visual storytelling.

What You’ll Do

  • Bring campaigns to life.Translate marketing strategies, audience insights, campaignobjectivesand brand positioning into original visual concepts and cohesive creative across print, digital and multimedia channels.
  • Create with a strong visual point of view.Apply sophisticated judgment in typography, composition, hierarchy, imagery, color, cropping and overall visual direction to produce polished, premium-quality work.
  • Extend ideas across channels.Develop flexible creative systems that can move across advertising, direct mail, email, social media, web, presentations,signageand multimedia whilemaintaininga consistent visual story.
  • Create and enhance visual assets.Use advanced Photoshop skills for professional retouching, compositing, image manipulation, colorcorrection,and realistic image enhancement.
  • Use emerging technology creatively.Leverage Generative AI and evolving creative technologies for concept development, image and multimedia creation, visualenhancementand content repurposing, refining outputs to achieve realistic and brand-appropriate results.
  • Edit and repurpose multimedia.Adapt existing video,multimediaand creative assets for social, digital, web and other marketing applications to extend campaign reach and maximize the value of available content.
  • Collaborate as a creative partner.Work closely with Marketing team members, writers and other contributors to shape campaign concepts, strengthen visualstorytellingand steward a cohesive Moorings Park Communities brand experience across channels.
  • Deliver with production discipline.Prepareaccurate, production-ready files for print and digital applications,maintainorganized creative assets and workflows, and manage multiple assignments and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience across print and digital channels preferred.
  • A strong professional portfoliodemonstratingconceptual thinking, sophisticated visual judgment, visualstorytellingand polished execution across multiple creative formats.
  • Advancedproficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop,Illustratorand InDesign.
  • Strong command of typography, composition, hierarchy, imagery,colorand other principles of sophisticated visual design.
  • Ability to interpret creative direction and marketing strategy and independently develop visual concepts and recommendations.
  • Experience with, ordemonstratedaptitude for learning, Generative AI and emerging creative technologies used for image,videoand multimedia content development.
  • Strong understanding of print production anddigital-designrequirements, with an eye toward how creative supports audience engagement and campaign performance.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to stay current with evolving design practices, digital platforms, GenerativeAIand emerging creative technologies.
  • Exceptional organization, attention todetailand the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
