Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients through video conferencing to enhance their mental health.
  • Foster an open dialogue, encouraging clients to explore their emotions and life experiences to gain insights into their thoughts and behavior patterns.
  • Serve as a dedicated client advocate, assisting them in identifying and setting personal goals for their mental health journey.
  • Assess clientsโ€™ mental health conditions thoroughly, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and document client progress while adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a pre-screened clientele consisting of stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns. These clients typically do not present severe mental health challenges, allowing you to engage with individuals who are ready to explore personal growth and coping strategies. Qualifications
  • A completed Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure to practice as a mental health professional independently, including:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
    • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions in your professional history.
