With a focus on excellence in operations and tenant experience, the organization has built a strong reputation for delivering professional, well-maintained, and amenity-rich spaces. This role will play a key part in ensuring the continued success and smooth operation of the company’s on-site hospitality and tenant services.


What do we seek?

The Vice President of Operations will lead and oversee all hospitality operations across multiple properties. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for operational excellence, team development, and creating an elevated tenant experience. The VP of Operations will report directly to executive leadership and work closely with property management, leasing, and corporate teams to ensure seamless operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all hospitality and restaurant operations across multiple locations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, standards, and best practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing management and operational teams.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgets, P&L, and cost controls.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships to optimize quality and cost efficiency.
  • Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and technology adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
