  • In this role you will lead the administration and execution of new and renewing real estate agreements, including directing negotiations with landlords, and overseeing the preparation, review, and approval of lease documentation; ensure accurate system entry and financial setup aligned with corporate standards
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of critical and complex real estate documentation, including renewals, SNDAs, estoppels, easements, rights-of-way, and option notices, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation
  • Provide governance over lease administration processes, including document interpretation, accurate tracking of key terms, and proactive management of critical dates, while driving continuous process improvement and supporting strategic business decisions
  • Support executive reporting and business reviews
  • Lead oversight of real estate financial obligations, including auditing and reconciliation of rent, operating expenses, real estate taxes, escalation structures, and capital expenditures. Partner with Finance and Accounts Payable to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost control
  • Serve as a liaison with landlords, brokers, service providers, and cross-functional stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring effective execution of real estate initiatives
  • Drive enterprise-wide document management and compliance strategies for real estate assets, ensuring accuracy and accessibility, through digital platforms. Work in coordination with Legal, Tax, Insurance, and Accounting functions
  • Lead site selection and expansion initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams through market evaluation, broker engagement, due diligence (including additional vendor engagement), negotiations, and transaction execution. Includes support for Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Oversee easements/right-of-ways for pipelines and owned property portfolios, coordinating with operational, legal, and external stakeholders to manage renewals, new agreements, and compliance requirements
  • Also, you will support data governance and analytics initiatives, deliver standardized reporting that quantifies real estate performance, and provides supporting insights for strategic planning across business units
  • You will manage a team of two direct reports

What makes you great
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree required plus five to seven (5-7) years of experience with Industrial and/or Commercial Real Estate
  • Must have experience reviewing and interpreting leases, along with a strong understanding of lease-related legal concepts
  • You should have at least three (3) years of experience working with CoStar Leasing System
  • Prior experience managing direct reports is required
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions
  • You have a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
  • Excellent negotiation skills with experience reaching mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Technologically savvy with proficiency in leveraging digital tools and systems to enhance productivity and decision-making
