Building a successful real estate business requires more than a license and motivation. It takes reliable lead-generation strategies, meaningful client relationships, hands-on coaching, and proven systems that turn consistent effort into measurable results.
As a Real Estate Agent with The Larkin Group, you'll represent buyers and sellers while working alongside experienced professionals on one of Southern Utah's leading real estate teams. Serving more than 200 clients annually, our team provides valuable opportunities to develop practical experience, strengthen your sales abilities, and grow within an organization supported by established systems and processes.
Additional opportunities may include profit sharing, health insurance, leadership development, equity participation, real estate investment opportunities, and long-term career growth.
If you're motivated, coachable, dedicated to generating leads, and prepared to take responsibility for your professional development, we'd love to connect with you.
Responsibilities
  • Successfully complete PLACE New Agent Launch and apply the team's lead generation, prospecting, and sales systems.
  • Consistently generate new business through calls, relationship-building, open houses, follow-up, and other approved prospecting activities.
  • Convert leads and prospecting efforts into qualified buyer and seller appointments.
  • Conduct buyer consultations, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and help clients identify suitable properties.
  • Guide buyers through property tours, offer preparation, negotiations, inspections, financing milestones, and closing.
  • Consult with prospective sellers, earn listing agreements, and develop effective pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Advise sellers on pricing, property preparation, staging, and other factors that can affect marketability.
  • Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of buyers and sellers.
  • Host weekly open houses and follow up with attendees to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication, tasks, appointments, and activities in PLACE Technology.
  • Participate in weekly script practice, coaching, training sessions, Partner Calls, and team activities.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the Southern Utah market, local communities, contracts, and industry trends.
  • Use approved marketing materials, technology, and team resources to build and manage your business.
  • Provide responsive, professional service throughout each client's real estate experience.
Qualifications
  • Active Utah real estate license required.
  • Strong work ethic with a genuine desire to build a successful real estate business.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and willing to take responsibility for personal results.
  • Excellent rapport-building, listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable prospecting, following up consistently, and asking for appointments and business.
  • Able to build relationships through personalized calls, emails, events, and other outreach within the team's proven systems.
  • Coachable, learning-focused, and willing to practice and use proven scripts and dialogues.
  • Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Able to negotiate confidently and remain composed when handling questions or objections.
  • Collaborative team player who actively participates in team training, activities, and accountability.
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM systems, real estate technology, and branded marketing resources.
  • Previous real estate sales experience is helpful but not required.
About-our-team
The Larkin Group is one of Southern Utah's top-producing real estate teams, helping more than 200 clients each year buy and sell homes. Our mission is simple: deliver an exceptional client experience while helping our team members build meaningful, rewarding careers.
To support that mission, we've partnered with PLACE, the industry's leading business services and technology platform. Through PLACE, our team has access to world-class marketing, innovative technology, professional coaching, proven business systems, and ongoing training that allow our agents to spend more time serving clients and less time on administrative work.
At The Larkin Group, we believe success is about more than production. It's about building a business that supports the life you want to live. We invest in our people by providing opportunities for coaching, leadership development, profit sharing, health insurance, equity participation, and long-term career growth.
If you're looking for more than just another brokerage-if you're looking for a team that will invest in your growth, challenge you to improve, and support you as you build a business and a life you're proud of-we'd love to meet you.
