Job description

This position is located in Infrastructure Operations (IO). As a Director Real Estate, MS-0340-2, you will be responsible for the planning, direction, and execution of a comprehensive real estate and spacial data management program, including leasing, occupancy agreements, tenant engagement, and portfolio performance. Provides senior level advice to leadership on real estate strategy, utilization, and financial performance.Qualifications:One year (52 Weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the NEXT LOWER BAND, CS-III, MS-1, PT III, PE-IIB or GS-14 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent, that demonstrates the ability to lead and manage a large-scale real estate, space optimization, or facilities portfolio program.

Specialized experience must include:

  • Directing leasing, occupancy agreement, or space assignment activities for a large multi-tenant organization;
  • Leading strategic customer account planning, utilization analysis, consolidation, or workplace modernization initiatives;
  • Managing landlord-tenant relationships and coordinating services among multiple stakeholder organizations;
  • Overseeing financial aspects of a real estate or facilities portfolio, including budgeting, acquisitions, reimbursable agreements, rent, or cost recovery.
  • Supervising multidisciplinary staff and contractor-supported operations;
  • Developing policies, procedures, or strategic plans related to real estate, workplace, or asset management programs
  • Advising senior leadership on complex real estate, portfolio management, or organizational planning matters.
