Compensation:

$75,372 - $260,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Strive to complete 15 to 50 successful closings annually to maintain sales goals

  • Maintain an active Texas Real Estate License

  • Maintain continuing education requirements per state requirements

  • Participate in The Bridge Group training programs

  • Attend Coaching/Mentoring and Goal sessions when scheduled

  • Uphold The Bridge Group Core Values and Code of Ethics at all times

  • Respond to all clients’ questions, comments, or concerns in a timely fashion to ensure unequalled customer service

  • Participate in company sales meetings and other scheduled events

  • Represent buyer clients on home tours and help them navigate through the sales process of buying and negotiating the contract using our proven sales process until the successful closing, all while safeguarding the client’s best interests

  • Represent seller clients throughout the listing and sales process

  • Know the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry

  • Willing to work evenings and weekends

  • Time management and strong organizational skills are key
