Role Description
 
This is a full-time role for a Sales Associate at Howard Hanna NYC. The Sales Associate will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, assisting clients in buying and selling real estate, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
 
Due to the needs of our growing Mandarin-speaking client base and international buyers, this role requires fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English to effectively communicate with clients and support transactions.
 
Responsibilities include:
Conducting market research and staying informed on local real estate trends
Understanding client needs and advising on appropriate property options
Managing property showings and client appointments
Negotiating sales terms and guiding clients through the transaction process
Ensuring smooth and successful closings
Networking and building long-term client relationships

Qualifications
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
