  • Complete PLACE Launch and get fully integrated into team systems
  • Run consistent lead generation and follow-up activities
  • Respond to and convert online inquiries, including Zillow Preferred opportunities, into signed clients
  • Turn conversations into signed buyer and listing agreements
  • Consult with buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction
  • Negotiate offers with confidence and professionalism
  • Track all client activity in PLACE Technology
  • Host at least two open houses per month
  • Show up for weekly coaching, trainings, and script practice
  • Work alongside teammates and support staff to deliver a strong client experience
  • Keep sharpening your communication, conversion, and client service skills
