Job description

Who you work with matters. We are looking for someone who wants to begin building a real estate career within a luxury-focused team serving Long Beach and the surrounding coastal communities while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is open to licensed agents as well as individuals currently working toward their real estate license.

You will learn how to connect with buyers and sellers, respond to active inquiries, ask the right questions, and maintain consistent follow-up through systems connected to the Zillow Flex program. The goal is to help you become comfortable having real estate conversations while developing the sales and relationship skills needed to turn opportunities into appointments and clients.

Through hands-on experience, you will gain exposure to property showings, market research, client communication, negotiations, and the transaction process from initial contact through closing. You will also learn how productive agents organize their days, manage opportunities, and stay consistent with the activities that create business.

You will grow alongside experienced real estate professionals in an environment focused on luxury service, accountability, coaching, and professional development. Marketing resources and team support provide additional structure as you build confidence, strengthen your knowledge of the local market, and establish productive habits early in your career.

If you are ready to learn the business through real activity and build your career in the Long Beach coastal market, apply today.

Compensation:

$165,000+ at plan earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Utilize the Zillow Flex program to respond promptly to inquiries and schedule appointments.
  • Conduct property showings, providing clients with detailed insights and information.
  • Assist in market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Long Beach coastal area.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to nurture relationships and build trust.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Participate in negotiations to secure favorable terms for clients during transactions and closings.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of being proactive and taking initiative in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with real estate principles or a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, to maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared goals and success.
  • Real estate license required

We are proud to provide an environment where opportunity, structure, and support come together to help agents build thriving and sustainable real estate businesses.
