SUMMARY


RHM Real Estate Group is hiring for a Property Manager at our multifamily apartment property in Bridgeport, Ohio. Accountable for all day-to-day property operations, the next Property Manager will ensure this affordable housing apartment property is well-run, encouraging improved tenant satisfaction and property asset value.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial -- Maintaining and submitting records of transactions; preparing budgets; projecting incomes; collecting fees and charges; managing AP invoice submissions; etc.
  • Leasing -- Ensuring high occupancy; executing marketing strategies; ensuring units are market-ready and well-presented; etc.
  • Maintenance -- Ensuring service requests are entered, recorded, and communicated
  • Resident Relations -- Leading phone or in-person visits; handling tenant concerns managing service requests; distributing newsletters and notices; etc.
  • Vendor Relations -- Scheduling, billing, and managing vendor relationships when needed; etc.
  • Administrative -- Maintaining accuracy of resident files; coordinating leasing documents; overseeing payroll and hours tracking; managing compliance documentation and reports; etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree and CAM/ARM preferred. Bachelor's degree a plus.
  • 3+ years experience in Property Management within the affordable housing sector - ideally with project-based Section 8 properties.
  • Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to or at the start of the position.
  • Knowledge of HUD compliance, income verification, LIHTC protocols are critical.
  • Competence in PC skills (Word, Outlook, Excel and Yardi preferred).

  • Salary starting at $23.00 per hour
