Client Details Our client is a highly regarded law firm offering exposure to complex commercial real estate transactions. Description Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing real estate transaction documents. Coordinate and oversee due diligence processes for property acquisitions and leases. Maintain and organize legal files and records related to real estate matters. Support attorneys with research and analysis on real estate-related legal issues. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes. Prepare reports and summaries for ongoing real estate projects.
