This role is focused on:
• Agent production leadership (~80%)
• Recruiting & market growth (~20%)
• Culture building
• Pipeline accountability
• Market expansion support
Orlando = established 55-agent market needing optimization + leadership presence
Requirements
Ideal background:
  • Managed 20+ agents directly
  • Led $50M+ in annual production
  • Experience with eXp, LPT, REAL, Compass, Side, etc.
  • Strong KPI + conversion management mindset
  • High-accountability leadership style
