Job description

A highly regarded law firm with offices in New York and Miami is looking to add a mid-level associate to its Real Estate Finance team.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience handling transactional real estate matters, whether in real estate finance, commercial real estate, or a combination of both. The practice represents both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of sophisticated transactions, making this an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking meaningful client contact and hands-on deal experience.
Candidates with experience reviewing and analyzing due diligence materials including title and survey matters, organizational documents, SNDAs, and construction-related documentation will be particularly well positioned for the role.
Applicants must be admitted to practice and in good standing in either New York or Florida.
This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners on complex and high-profile transactions in a collaborative and supportive environment. The firm provides a competitive compensation package, strong benefits, professional development opportunities, and a culture that values teamwork, excellence, and client service.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $235,000 to $365,000, with actual compensation based on experience, qualifications, and location.
