Description
Experience is a must. We need someone that previously worked at a brokerage or with another team. We are currently working with 40+ listings and have a strong lead flow that needs better organizing. We're searching for a diligent real estate executive assistant with a strong ability to manage all transactions and clients in a professional, yet delicate way. You'll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, preparing listing agreements and contracts, auditing files, organizing leads, properly delegating, and providing superb customer service.

Responsibilities
• Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
• Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
• Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
• Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
• Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
Qualifications
• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
• Great written and verbal skills
• Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
• Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
• Must have high school diploma or GED
