This entry-level Analyst opportunity offers on-the-job learning and, an education on core professional skills for the practice of commercial real estate valuation. The Analyst works in close collaboration under a licensed senior appraiser to access proprietary databases and publicly available resources. This work output is used to produce appraisal reports or other valuation services for a wide variety of commercial real estate subject properties and entrusted by our clients. Analysts are responsible for managing their own caseload, seeing assignments through to completion which includes but is not limited to research and compiling key data, performing market surveys, and confirming property transaction details. All job training and necessary equipment and technology will be provided.


The Analyst position is defined by an independent, yet supportive environment in which the analyst will acquire skills in real estate finance, market analysis, and commercial investment analysis. The position involves a mixture of desk and field work, with new challenges and opportunities presented as the analyst builds a body of knowledge. Therefore, this position is best suited to an ambitious individual who enjoys problem solving and can focus on the details while never losing sight of the big picture.
