We are looking for an experienced Territory Account Executive / Outside Sales Representative to join our Real Estate Services team and develop relationships throughout Minneapolis, MN and the surrounding areas.

About the Role

This is a business-to-business outside sales position focused on developing partnerships with real estate professionals, brokerages, agents, and other industry partners.

You will be responsible for growing your territory through face-to-face relationship building, networking, presentations, referrals, and account development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate offices, brokers, and agents
  • Leverage an existing network to generate new business opportunities
  • Prospect for new accounts and expand your territory
  • Conduct daily one-on-one sales presentations
  • Schedule and conduct office presentations and Lunch amp; Learn events
  • Attend local real estate networking events and industry functions
  • Educate agents and partners on warranty products, programs, and processes
  • Develop referral relationships and generate new business
  • Support existing accounts and strengthen long-term partnerships
  • Assist with onboarding and ongoing account management
  • Distribute marketing materials and maintain office presence
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM activity
  • Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity goals
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Existing book of business or established relationships within the Home Warranty, Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title industries
  • 3+ years of successful sales, recruiting, or account management experience
  • 2+ years of proven direct sales success
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
