Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE Launch program successfully
  • Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
  • Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
  • Represent sellers and buyers by skillfully negotiating offers
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Host a minimum of two open houses each month
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions following team guidelines
  • Actively participate in team meetings and activities as required
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Guide sellers through the listing process, secure listings, and effectively market properties
  • Provide expert advice on pricing strategies, home staging, and other listing-related services
  • Hold an active real estate license or be willing to obtain one, with free assistance available to acquire your license if needed
