Role Description The Licensed Real Estate Agent will work full time in a hybrid capacity, with primary duties based in Cheyenne, WY and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting listings, and guiding buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process. The agent will prepare contracts and related documentation, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and communicate regularly with lenders, title companies, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions, property values, and regulatory requirements, as well as providing responsive, high-quality customer service. Qualifications
