Role Description This full or part-time Licensed Real Estate Professional role. Hybrid positions based in Las Vegas, NV and Detroit MI. A mix of on-site property visits and work-from-home flexibility. The professional will support clients with buying, selling, leasing, and developing real property, including conducting market research, preparing listings, marketing properties, and coordinating showings. Day-to-day responsibilities include property management, advising clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities, managing transaction documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to support real estate development initiatives. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships through responsive communication, high-quality customer service, and proactive follow-up throughout each real estate transaction.


Qualifications

  • Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local Las Vegas & Detroit market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in Real Estate Development, with the ability to support planning, feasibility assessment, and portfolio growth strategies.
  • Strong Sales capabilities, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing real estate transactions.
