Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a top AmLaw100 firm in its Reston office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2–5 years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience to work on high-level matters for prominent clients, with a strong emphasis on data center transactions and commercial real estate finance.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of complex real estate transactions, including:

  • Data center leasing and colocation agreements
