A global and top 50 Am Law firm seeks an associate to join their Real Estate Practice in any of their Dallas, Houston, San Francisco, or Washington office.


The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a large law firm setting working on a variety of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions such as purchases, sales, leases, loans, and joint ventures. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills; must be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and manage workload; and must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Candidates should possess a strong academic background and the ability to take on significant project responsibility.
