Job Description:
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for showcasing our exceptional apartment community to prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process, and ensuring their transition to their new home is seamless. Your strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and customer-centric approach will help you succeed in this role. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse group of residents, fostering a sense of community and delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct apartment tours, highlighting the unique features and amenities of our properties.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective residents via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Assist prospective residents with completing applications, lease agreements, and other required documents.
  • Conduct thorough background and credit checks on potential residents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing records and resident information.
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
  • Address resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
