Job description

Am Law 100 firm representing overseas companies and investors seeks an associate to join their Real Estate practice.


The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience with familiarity with the full life-cycle of a transaction and able to review and comment on loan documents, leases and purchase agreements. Experience representing sophisticated owners and operators of commercial real estate as borrower, buyer or seller, and landlord. Admitted to or eligible for admission to the Massachusetts Bar and has graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. Excellent written/verbal communication skills, as this position requires immediate partner and client contact


Responsible for broad-based transactions and should have experience handling acquisitions, disposition, and financings. Leasing and development experience is also desirable. Strong academic credentials, critical reasoning skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts are required.
