Job description

REAL ESTATE AGENT — W.I.R.E. TEAM

Women In Real Estate® |

Houston, Texas | Full-time or Part-time | Commission-Based

ABOUT THE W.I.R.E. TEAM

The W.I.R.E. Team is a collaborative, mission-driven real estate team helping agents build profitable businesses, create lasting wealth, and make a measurable impact in the communities they serve.

Powered by Women In Real Estate®—a global community with almost 150,000 supporters— our team combines hands-on mentorship, business-development systems, education, accountability, marketing support, technology, and access to a powerful professional network.

We welcome both experienced producers who are ready to scale and motivated newer agents who want structure, guidance, and a clear path forward. Agents may work full-time or part-time, but every team member must be serious about building a sustainable real estate business and committed to measurable production goals.

WHY AGENTS JOIN THE W.I.R.E. TEAM

If you are tired of trying to build your real estate career alone—or you know you are capable of more but need the right strategy, systems, and support—the W.I.R.E. Team may be the right place for you.

Our agents receive:

• One-on-one and group mentorship

• Qualified buyer and seller lead opportunities

• Opportunities to work with prospective buyers through our Homebuyers Cohort

• Weekly office hours and real-time guidance

• Customized business planning and accountability

• CRM, lead-generation, and business-building resources

• Administrative and marketing support

• Access to proven scripts, templates, and operating systems

• Social media and personal-brand development

• Access to the AI Agent Academy

• Access to the Social Agent Academy

• Access to the Women In Real Estate® education and community platform

• Access to the Carbon Collective platform

• Access to monthly masterclasses and a growing educational library

• Local networking, community engagement, and leadership opportunities

• Opportunities to specialize in buyers, listings, new construction, land, investing, development, and other real estate niches

• A pathway to expand beyond sales into investing, building, development, and team leadership

This is not simply a place to hold your license. It is an environment for agents who want to build a real business, serve clients exceptionally, collaborate with other professionals, and create a career with long-term impact.

EXCLUSIVE TRAINING, TECHNOLOGY, AND LEAD OPPORTUNITIES

Homebuyers Cohort

Our Homebuyers Cohort educates and prepares aspiring homeowners for the purchasing process. Participating W.I.R.E. Team agents may have opportunities to support cohort participants as they work toward mortgage readiness and homeownership.

This program allows agents to build relationships with informed prospective buyers, provide valuable guidance, and help families move from education to successful homeownership. Lead distribution and client assignments are based on availability, qualifications, responsiveness, performance, participation, location, and team policies. Participation does not guarantee a specific number of leads or transactions.

AI Agent Academy

Agents receive access to training designed to help them incorporate artificial intelligence into their businesses responsibly and effectively. The academy helps agents use AI to increase productivity, improve follow-up, develop marketing content, strengthen client communication, streamline repetitive work, and build more efficient operating systems.

Social Agent Academy

Agents receive access to education and resources focused on building a recognizable personal brand, creating strategic real estate content, staying visible to their sphere, generating conversations, and converting social-media attention into meaningful business opportunities.

Women In Real Estate® Platform

Team members receive access to the broader Women In Real Estate® platform, including educational resources, masterclasses, recorded training, peer-led learning opportunities, professional connections, local events, accountability, and a growing network of women and supporters across the real estate industry.

Carbon Collective Platform

Agents also receive access to the Carbon Collective platform as part of the team’s collection of professional, educational, and business-building resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate, nurture, and convert buyer and seller opportunities

• Respond promptly and consistently to team-provided and cohort-generated leads

• Follow all team procedures for accepting, tracking, nurturing, and reporting on assigned opportunities

• Maintain regular contact with your sphere of influence and priority prospects

• Conduct buyer consultations, listing appointments, property tours, and follow-up conversations

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process from initial consultation through closing

• Prepare and negotiate contracts while maintaining strong communication with all parties

• Maintain accurate client and lead records in the team’s CRM

• Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, office hours, and accountability calls

• Complete agreed-upon prospecting, follow-up, and production activities

• Complete required training associated with team-provided leads and programs

• Build an authentic professional presence through social media and community engagement

• Use available AI and technology tools responsibly while protecting confidential client information

• Collaborate with team members on marketing, events, lead generation, and client service

• Stay informed about Houston-area market conditions, contracts, technology, and industry best practices

• Deliver an exceptional client experience that produces repeat and referral business

• Represent the W.I.R.E. Team and its mission with professionalism and integrity

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active real estate license or ability to become licensed before beginning client-facing activities

• Strong desire to build a productive, sustainable real estate career

• Clear personal, professional, and financial goals

• Willingness to follow systems, receive coaching, and be held accountable

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

• Consistent follow-up habits and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Comfort using—or willingness to learn—CRM, AI, transaction, and marketing technology

• Willingness to create content and maintain a professional presence online

• Commitment to ethical practices, fair housing, data privacy, and excellent client service

• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team and community initiatives

• Reliable transportation and availability to serve clients throughout the Greater Houston area

• Alignment with our mission of expanding opportunity, advancing women in real estate, supporting historically under-resourced communities, and helping families build wealth

Experienced agents should be prepared to discuss recent production, conversion performance, and business goals. Newly licensed agents should be prepared to demonstrate their work ethic, availability, sphere-building strategy, and commitment to completing required training.

WHAT SETS US APART

A Lead Ecosystem With Purpose

Our Homebuyers Cohort and community relationships allow agents to participate in an ecosystem that educates prospective buyers, strengthens homeownership readiness, and creates opportunities for agents to build relationships with future clients.

Modern Agent Development

Through the AI Agent Academy and Social Agent Academy, agents learn how to use emerging technology, content, and digital visibility to build stronger and more efficient businesses.

Mission With a Business Model

We believe agents can build profitable careers while helping families create wealth and strengthening the communities they serve.

Real Mentorship

Our agents receive practical guidance, accountability, and access to experienced professionals—not simply a collection of prerecorded training videos.

Collaboration Over Competition

We share information, resources, relationships, and opportunities because we understand that working together creates stronger agents and better client outcomes.

Multiple Paths to Growth

Agents can develop expertise in residential sales, new construction, land, investing, commercial real estate, development, leadership, and other specialties.

Leadership and Visibility

Agents can contribute to events, educational programs, community initiatives, and leadership opportunities within the broader Women In Real Estate® network.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

We provide meaningful support, but we do not promise effortless success. Real estate is a commission-based business, and results depend heavily on consistent prospecting, follow-up, training, relationship building, and execution.

Access to leads is not a substitute for prospecting. Agents are expected to generate business independently while properly nurturing every opportunity provided by the team.

Successful W.I.R.E. Team agents:

• Show up prepared

• Complete agreed-upon activities

• Communicate consistently

• Use the systems and resources provided

• Track their performance and maintain accurate CRM records

• Follow up with leads promptly and persistently

• Participate in training and accountability

• Ask for help before problems grow

• Support other team members

• Protect the client experience and the W.I.R.E. reputation

• Take ownership of their goals and results

AFFILIATION AND APPLICATION PROCESS

Qualified applicants who advance through the interview process will be required to review and sign the applicable brokerage and team agreements before joining.

COMPENSATION

This is an independent-contractor, commission-based real estate sales opportunity. Compensation varies based on production, transaction volume, commission arrangements, brokerage fees, and individual performance.

Lead access, program participation, revenue sharing, stock awards, and other opportunities are subject to eligibility requirements, team policies, availability, and the applicable program terms.

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

• Full-time or part-time

• Flexible schedule with required team commitments

• Field-based work, virtual meetings, and select in-person activities

• Some evening and weekend availability may be required based on client needs

READY TO BUILD SOMETHING BIGGER?

If you want more than a place to hang your license—and you are ready to build a business with accountability, collaboration, purpose, modern technology, and long-term opportunity—we invite you to apply.

Please submit your résumé and answer the application questions regarding your license status, experience, production history, availability, business goals, and interest in joining the W.I.R.E. Team.

Women In Real Estate® is committed to equal opportunity and compliance with all applicable fair-housing and anti-discrimination laws.
