Responsibilities
  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
  • Consistently apply PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis.
  • Guide buyers through the process, obtain signed agreements, and assist them in finding ideal homes.
  • Expertly negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers.
  • Track and manage tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
  • Conduct at least two open houses each month.
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed appointments.
  • Participate in weekly script practice sessions to meet team standards.
  • Engage actively in team events and activities as outlined by team guidelines.
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
  • Counsel sellers, secure listings, and promote their properties effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in pricing, staging, and other listing-related services.
  • Foster and contribute to our close-knit, family-oriented culture that sets us apart.
