We are working with a leading global investor looking to hire an Investment Associate into its European Real Estate team. The role offers handsโ€‘on exposure to live transactions, strong financial modelling responsibility and the opportunity to grow within a lean, wellโ€‘established investment team based in Abu Dhabi.

About Our Client

We are working with a leading global investment fund based in Abu Dhabi who are looking for an Associate to join its real assets platform. The firm has built a highโ€‘calibre real estate investment team with a strong European focus and is continuing to grow its platform. This position is a great fit for a real estate investor looking to transition to a leading firm based in Abu Dhabi.

What the Job Involves
  • Evaluating and executing real estate investments across Europe, including acquisitions, joint ventures and platform investments
  • Building and owning detailed financial models, from underwriting through to IC and portfolio monitoring
  • Supporting deal execution endโ€‘toโ€‘end, including due diligence, structuring and negotiations alongside senior team members
  • Working closely with VPs and the deal lead on live transactions and portfolio initiatives
  • Contributing to investment memos, market analysis and ongoing asset management
Who We Are Looking For
  • Experience in real estate investing with a prior background in investment banking highly desirable
  • Strong financial modelling capability and confidence working directly in complex models
  • European real estate exposure; additional global coverage is welcomed but not required
  • Commercial, articulate and motivated to grow within a lean, highโ€‘performing team
  • Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi on a fullโ€‘time basis
