With having completed deals in both commercial and residential properties, we have seasoned investors on the team willing to share their knowledge.

Job Description

* Conduct phone calls to potential leads

*Place advertisements (roadside signs/online job boards) -- (lead generation)

*Attend online meetings/live presentations with team

*Analyze properties and local market

*Make offers on properties

Qualifications

* Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
* Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases is helpful
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Strong negotiation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
