What You'll Do:
  • Partner with an established, top-producing agent to serve buyer and seller clients throughout the entire real estate journey.
  • Convert warm, qualified buyer opportunities into successful transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Prospect and generate new business to expand your personal pipeline and sphere of influence.
  • Coordinate listing preparation, timelines, and client communication to ensure a seamless selling experience.
  • Show homes, write and negotiate offers, attend inspections, and guide clients from contract to close.
  • Provide expert market knowledge and strategic advice to help clients make confident buying and selling decisions.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through consistent follow-up and database management.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated support team-including marketing, transaction coordination, and administrative professionals-so you can focus on selling real estate.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture committed to delivering exceptional results.
