The Josh Jerman Team @ Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers is seeking an organized, motivated, and service-oriented professional to work directly alongside Josh Jerman and help support the day-to-day operations of one of Maui’s leading real estate businesses.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in real estate administration, transaction coordination, operations support, escrow, mortgage, property management, or executive support who is ready to take the next step in their career.

We’re looking for someone who loves helping people, enjoys keeping projects organized, thrives on solving problems, and takes pride in making sure every detail is handled with excellence.

While you’ll begin by supporting the day-to-day operations of Josh’s business, we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us for the long term and become a trusted operational team member.

What You’ll Do

You’ll become involved in nearly every aspect of Josh’s business, including:

Listing Support

Prepare listing paperwork and coordinate signatures

Assist with listing launch timelines

Coordinate photographers, videographers, stagers, inspectors, and vendors

Assist with MLS entry and listing quality control

Coordinate open houses and marketing preparation

Client Care & Communication

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during active listings and projects

Help ensure clients feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout the process

Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and service providers

Help create a luxury-level client experience

Administrative & Executive Support

Manage Josh’s calendar and scheduling

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel logistics

Help organize projects and priorities

Assist with email management and communications

Protect Josh’s time by helping manage day-to-day operational matters

Marketing Coordination

Coordinate marketing materials and campaigns

Assist with email marketing and social media coordination

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Help organize client appreciation events and community initiatives

Operations & Systems

Help improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency

Coordinate with virtual assistants and support vendors

Assist with project management and implementation

Help create systems that support future growth

The Ideal Candidate
