A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its thriving Real Estate Practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial transactions representing homebuilders, developers, and other real estate clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial land acquisition and disposition transactions from inception through closing
  • Review title commitments, title exceptions, surveys, legal descriptions, and related due diligence materials
  • Prepare closing documents, binders, transaction checklists, and closing trackers
  • Coordinate closings, funding, document execution, and post-closing activities
  • Monitor transaction timelines and ensure critical deadlines are met
  • Work closely with attorneys, clients, title companies, lenders, and third parties throughout the closing process
  • Independently manage multiple active transactions while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience within a law firm
  • Strong experience reviewing title commitments, surveys, and related real estate documents
  • Experience coordinating and managing commercial real estate closings
  • Ability to independently manage multiple complex transactions in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and iManage or similar document management systems

Preferred

  • Experience supporting homebuilders, developers, or large commercial real estate clients
