Our client is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 8+ years of experience to join its Chicago office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and take on substantial responsibility handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active Illinois bar admission
8+ years of commercial real estate experience
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
Ability to independently manage transactions while collaborating with attorneys across multiple offices
Experience should include:
Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets
Real estate financing transactions
Due diligence review and analysis
Commercial leasing matters
Real estate development projects
Joint venture transactions
