The Real Estate & Title Paralegal will provide comprehensive support to attorneys in the Real Estate Practice Group on commercial real estate and title matters. The Paralegal will assist with all phases of transactions including due diligence, title, and survey review, closing coordination, and post-closing activities. Must be able to manage multiple real estate transactions simultaneously!


5+ years of relevant experience as a paralegal. HSG. Paralegal Certification and/or Degree preferred. Proficient in MS Office. Experience in a law firm or title company environment with strong knowledge of real estate transactions and closing procedures. Familiar with title commitments, policies, and curative processes.


Normal Hours: 8:00 - 5:00, Monday-Friday. Criminal/Drug screening.
