What You'll Do
Real Estate Operations Coordinator - Join the Ōnin Team!
About the Role
We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, onsite role supporting the Director of Real Estate Operations and optimization of The Ōnin Group's corporate real estate portfolio. In this position, you'll assist with site selection, real estate transactions, lease administration, facilities maintenance, and office build-out projects.
You'll collaborate with field leadership, brokers, landlords, vendors, and other key stakeholders to deliver cost-effective, compliant, and operationally efficient real estate solutions that support Ōnin's business objectives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong relationships, and keeping important details and deadlines on track.
What You'll Do
  • Assist in managing the company's portfolio of leased and owned properties.
  • Support site selection, new office openings, relocations, and other corporate real estate initiatives.
  • Coordinate real estate transactions, including lease renewals, terminations, relocations, acquisitions, and office openings.
  • Review lease terms, provide administrative support during negotiations, and help analyze the operational and financial impact of real estate decisions.
  • Maintain accurate lease, property, and critical-date information, including renewals, notice periods, maintenance requirements, and other key deadlines.
  • Coordinate office build-outs, relocations, and facilities projects with Marketing and internal partners to ensure locations meet Ōnin standards.
  • Manage facilities maintenance requests by partnering with field teams, landlords, brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve property-related issues.
  • Maintain real estate records, contracts, invoices, project documentation, and reporting while helping ensure compliance with lease agreements, company standards, and applicable regulations.

Ideal Candidate
  • 2 years of experience in real estate operations, lease administration, property or facilities management, project coordination, or a related field a plus.
  • Experience supporting a corporate or commercial real estate portfolio is a plus.
  • Familiarity with lease administration, renewals, property transactions, facilities maintenance, and office build-out coordination.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with field leaders, brokers, landlords, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to maintain accurate records, track critical dates, and identify potential issues.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable learning new systems and technology.
