THE ROLE

The Commercial Broker role at Transworld Commercial Real Estate, A Prospere Companies division, acts as the intermediary during the sale, purchase, or lease of commercial space, managing the entire deal process and all parties involved. As our firm grows in size and depth, we need additional business-savvy professionals to continue our mission of supporting small business owners with their commercial property needs in Colorado Springs. We are currently looking for new commercial brokers across the Colorado Springs area.

A career with our firm allows you to operate your own small business and be the driving force behind your success by assisting professionals with the purchase, lease, or sale of commercial real estate in one of the most active commercial markets in the U.S. In this position, you will have the chance to build lasting relationships in the Colorado Springs community and become a trusted advisor.

One of the key advantages of joining our firm is our in-house power partnership between Commercial Real Estate, Business Brokerage, and Growth Consulting. Our teams are consistently working with business owners who are buying, selling, scaling, or exiting - and those conversations naturally generate real estate needs. Simply put, we produce more qualified CRE opportunities internally than we can handle, giving our advisors a meaningful edge with warm, relationship-driven leads instead of cold starts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Pipeline Execution: Capitalize on a consistent stream of qualified leads generated by the Business Brokerage and Growth Consulting divisions by providing specialized real estate solutions to existing business clients.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and develop relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and developers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Transaction Management: Facilitate commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, sales, and acquisitions, by negotiating terms, preparing contracts, and coordinating due diligence.
  • Business Development & Networking: Actively network within the industry, attend relevant events, and leverage professional connections to expand business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide clients with data-driven insights on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
  • Financial & Investment Analysis: Evaluate commercial properties, assess cash flow, and provide clients with financial projections and investment strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal real estate regulations and maintain accurate documentation for all deals.

Overview of the Day-to-Day:

  • Training and support
  • Active networking and/or prospecting to identify clients and commercial opportunities
  • Support professionals through a commercial purchase, lease, or sale transaction
  • Marketing of commercial opportunities for sale

  • Strong desire to learn and be mentored
  • Looking for a career that brings you personal and professional fulfillment
  • Fully accountable to everything "you"
  • A burning desire to succeed, solve problems and learn from growth
  • Successful and rewarded by establishing a network and building strong relationships

Required Experience:

  • Candidates must obtain a Colorado Real Estate license and be able to pass a full background check.
  • Minimum 3+ years of COMMERCIAL real estate broker experience required.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Structured onboarding and in-depth training
