Job description

Real Estate Sidekick Wanted (Yes, That's the Official Unofficial Title)

Lakewood / Denver Metro Area | Part Office, Part Adventure | Commission-Based with Unlimited Growth Potential

I'm not looking for a typical real estate assistant.

I'm looking for a true right-hand person. A sidekick. A partner in crime. Someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants a front-row seat to what it actually takes to build a successful real estate business. You can also help with my lending business as an LOA and on the insurance side!

This isn't a job where you'll sit behind a desk all day entering data and answering phones. You'll be out in the field, meeting clients, hosting open houses, coordinating photographers, checking on listings, attending inspections, helping buyers view homes, solving problems, and making sure our clients have an incredible experience.

If you've ever thought, "I want to learn real estate from someone actually doing it at a high level," keep reading.

A Little About the Role

I am a busy producing agent and mortgage broker. I also happen to have a baby, which means dropping everything and running across town at a moment's notice isn't always realistic anymore.

That's where you come in.

You'll often be the face of the business while I work behind the scenes on negotiations, strategy, contracts, marketing, and business growth. Clients will get to know you, trust you, and rely on you. You'll play a critical role in helping them navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

This position is approximately:

50% in the office

50% in the field

Nights and weekends required

No two days are ever the same

What You'll Be Doing:

Showing homes to buyers

Hosting open houses

Meeting photographers, stagers, inspectors, and contractors

Checking on listings and vacant properties

Coordinating client appointments

Assisting with marketing and social media projects

Helping manage transactions from contract to closing

Delivering signs, lockboxes, and marketing materials

Creating an exceptional client experience

Being the person who helps keep everything moving forward

How You'll Get Paid

This is a commission-based opportunity designed for someone who wants to grow with the business.

You'll earn a graduated percentage of transaction income based on:

The number of transactions closed each month

Whether the lead was generated by you, the team, or another source

Your level of involvement in the transaction

As your skills, production, and contributions grow, your income potential grows too.

There is no artificial ceiling.

Who This Is Perfect For

A newer agent looking to learn from a strong producer

Someone considering a long-term career in real estate

A people person who enjoys building relationships

Someone who wants hands-on experience instead of sitting behind a desk

A self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision

Someone comfortable being client-facing and representing the brand

Someone who wants stability in a support role while still earning based on production

Who This Is NOT For

Someone looking for a traditional 9-to-5 job

Someone who doesn't want to work evenings or weekends

Someone who needs every day planned out in advance

Someone who wants to immediately build a solo real estate business without first learning the fundamentals

Bonus Points If You Have

A Colorado Real Estate License (or are actively working toward one)

Open house experience

Strong social media skills

Marketing or customer service experience

Bilingual abilities

A sense of humor and the ability to stay calm when things get crazy

What You'll Gain

Most new agents spend years trying to figure out how this business really works.

You'll get an inside look at:

Lead generation

Client management

Negotiations

Marketing

Contracts

Transaction management

Building a referral-based business

The day-to-day realities of successful real estate sales

If you're ambitious, coachable, dependable, and excited about being a key player in a growing business, I'd love to meet you.

Tell me why you'd be the perfect sidekick.
