REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY

About:

Our client is a small business in Boca Raton, FL. They are customer-centric and supportive.

The law firm has been open since 2009 with a focus on creditor default and real estate

closings. We have expanded our practice into Georgia.

Law firm has an immediate opening for a self-motivated real estate attorney to manage our

Georgia law practice and Georgia real estate closings. Candidate must possess a Georgia

Bar License and have 3-5 years Georgia mortgage foreclosure experience. Candidate will

be responsible for working non judicial foreclosures. Plus if candidate has GA Creditor

Bankruptcy experience and/or real estate closing experience and eviction experience.

Additional plus if candidate also licensed to practice law in FL. Candidate should also be a

Georgia licensed title agent and competent to handle a real estate closing from beginning

to end.

Compensation depends on experience.

Requirements:

Candidate will be responsible for working onjudicial foreclosures.

Candidate would ideally also be experienced with creditor

bankruptcy work and eviction.

Candidate should also be a Georgia licensed title agent and

competent to handle a real estate closing from beginning to end.

Compensation depends on experience.

Candidate can be located in south Florida or Georgia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
