About You:

As a Real Estate Brokerage Coordinator (internally Client Services), you're delivering exceptional marketing and administrative support to an assigned broker team. You're the go-to guru for all things commercial real estate. You're ready to tackle any challenge or task that comes your way. Join our team and let's make real estate magic together!

In this role, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive marketing and administrative support to Office Services brokers (tenant rep and landlord rep).

  • Create BOVs, pitches, listing flyers, property signage, surveys, tour books, and other design tasks, mostly in Adobe InDesign.

  • Maintain and update print-ready versions of marketing collateral and online marketing of listings.

  • Enter closed deals for invoicing, send invoice, track commission payments.

  • Complete lease proposal comparisons (both Excel and InDesign formats)

  • Create eblasts and social media posts.

  • Manage brokers bios, submit expense reimbursements and third-party invoices, schedule/host team/client meetings.

  • Prioritize workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders.

  • Perform reviews of externally focused deliverables for the team ensuring best in class work.

  • Handle transaction documents and oversee file management.

What you bring:

  • 2-3 years of administrative and/or marketing support within the commercial real estate industry

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign

  • Proficient in intermediate functions including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus

  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
