The Headhunters have been engaged by a mid-sized law firm in Troy, MI as they search for a Real Estate Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of focused real estate experience, including sales and purchases, development and construction matters, financing, leasing, and specialized property ownership. This is a great opportunity for an associate attorney to gain mentorship and career development from senior leadership as they prepare for future leadership transitions. Candidates can expect to be in the office 4-5 days a week and the firm is targeting a base salary of $150K.
