This is a fast-paced, high-accountability position for someone who thrives under pressure, takes initiative, and is passionate about serving buyers and sellers at the highest level. As the Production Partner, you’ll work directly alongside a top-producing Team Leader, helping buyers and sellers while taking ownership of transactions from the first meeting to the closing table. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, confident, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities: Client Service & Sales Support • Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process. • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain consistent communication with clients. • Conduct buyer consultations and educate clients throughout the home-buying process. • Build strong relationships with clients while creating a five-star experience from start to finish. Lead & Database Management • Manage lead intake and maintain the CRM database. • Respond promptly to new leads. • Follow up consistently with prospective buyers and sellers. • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates. • Support lead generation initiatives and database growth. Contracts & Negotiations • Prepare and submit purchase offers and related contract documents. • Communicate effectively with cooperating agents, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and vendors. • Negotiate offers, inspection repairs, amendments, and other contract terms. • Ensure all contractual deadlines and contingencies are met. Listing Support • Ensure listing paperwork is complete and delivered to the Operations Team within 4 hours of signing. • Collaborate with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure listings go live accurately, on time, and with exceptional presentation. • Assist with offer negotiations and manage communication through closing. Transaction Oversight • Monitor every transaction from contract to closing. • Ensure every task and deadline is completed, even if another team member is assigned to it. • Act as the communication bridge between clients and the Operations Team. • Proactively identify potential issues and solve them before they become problems. Team Collaboration • Work closely with the Team Leader, Operations Team, Marketing Team, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and vendors. • Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, client events, and lead generation. Qualifications: Required Skills • Active Georgia and/or South Carolina Real Estate License. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • High attention to detail. • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to appointments. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box. • Proficiency with technology and CRM systems. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency. • Confident in handling contracts and negotiations. • Adaptable and able to shift priorities quickly. • Positive, energetic, and client-focused. • A strong communicator who builds trust quickly. • A proactive problem solver who takes ownership. • Committed to continuous learning and professional growth. Performance Expectations • Deliver a five-star client experience on every transaction. • Maintain prompt communication with clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, and vendors. • Meet all contract deadlines with zero missed dates. • Take ownership of every transaction from contract to closing. • Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise. • Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire process. • Be willing to help wherever necessary to ensure an exceptional client experience. This Role Is NOT for You If… • You need constant supervision or direction. • You wait to be told what to do next. • You struggle to manage multiple priorities. • You avoid accountability or ownership. • You have difficulty working under pressure. • You view this as “just another job” instead of a career opportunity. • You’re unwilling to learn, adapt, and continuously improve. Ready to Take Your Career to the Next Level? If you’re driven, coachable, and committed to excellence, we’d love to hear from you. Submit your resume and a brief introduction explaining why you’d be a great fit for our team.
