The Sr. People Experience Partner Role

Our Sr. People Experience Partner (PXP) is an experienced HR professional who will use their Business acumen, HR expertise & local knowledge to enable Business & HR priorities. PXPs will work closely with business leadership and our Centers of Excellence to enhance the employee experience and help our talent to do their best work.

Functional Knowledge

Act as local delivery experts of JLL's global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices are in line with the Global HR strategy

Manage 1-2 direct reports, providing escalation guidance and career development to them

In a player/coach role, support complex, multi-x accounts as the primary HR partner who will direct on-account strategy and execution of HR processes and tasks

Proactively anticipate vertical- and country-wide opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutions

Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle e.g., onboarding, performance review, promotion, etc.

Contribute towards a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belonging

Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results

Manage various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management in partnership with JLL's Employee Relations and Performance Coach teams

Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support

Cultivate strong meaningful relationships with both employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary touchpoint "on the ground"

Qualifications and Experience:

Human Resources experience of 7+ years

Must have Data Centers industry experience

Experience with Employee Relations (investigations, claims, performance management, etc.)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g.,BS in human resources, business administration or vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline)

Experienceworking in amatrixed, and geographically distributed organization.

Skilled team player who can communicate their thoughts clearly and effectively

Transition, expansion and/or decommission experience preferred

Strong financial acumen preferred

Past people manager experience preferred

Serve as the primary HR partner for the account, escalating and partners as necessary

Skilled facilitator, who can lead local and regional employee trainings and programs

Strong ability to influence without direct control or decision making ownership

Excellent organizational skills with a mentality geared towards creating solutions that are mindful of experiences

Proactively takes initiative to escalate to leadership and partner with others to solve existing or anticipated problems

Ability to adjust styles of communication to varying situations to effectively communicate with a diverse array of stakeholders

Ability to cultivate robust and meaningful relationships to serve as a trusted HR expert to employees and managers

An appetite for exceeding expectations and creating wow within the business

Estimated compensation for this position:

125,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
