Company Description Homes With Karl is seeking a motivated college student or recent grad eager to break into the world of real estate. This is a volunteer, hands on learning opportunity to gain firsthand experience in Nevada's real estate industry, working alongside professionals and building a real foundation for a future career in the field.


This role is based in Henderson, NV, and requires a commitment of 20โ€“30 hours per week. Reliable transportation is mandatory. If you're driven, curious, and ready to invest your time in learning the business from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.


Role Description Homes With Karl is offering a highly selective volunteer opportunity for a motivated college student or recent grad looking to break into real estate. You'll work alongside professionals in Henderson, NV, gaining real world exposure to Nevada's real estate industry.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess basic Sales and Customer Service skills for engaging with possible customers.
  • Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and organization for letter writing opportunities.
  • Candidates should possess ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and handle multiple simple tasks responsibly.
  • Familiarity with Henderson, NV neighborhoods and local community resources is beneficial.
