Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with inbound buyer inquiries and execute strategic outbound follow-up calls to cultivate client relationships.

  • Skillfully schedule and conduct appointments, facilitate property showings, and expertly prepare and present competitive offers.

  • Diligently track and manage all client interactions and sales activities within our CRM system, Follow Up Boss, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.

  • Actively participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to continuously enhance sales techniques, market knowledge, and compliance best practices.

  • Collaborate with the AEP Properties team to optimize sales strategies and achieve individual and team-based performance targets.
