Real Estate Acquisitions Manager


Location

Joppa, MD


Compensation:

100% commission. Paid at 20% of the revenue generated. We anticipate you doing upwards of 600k in revenue. We will start you out on a draw schedule for the first 90 days to ensure you have an adequate income while you build your book of business here.


Position Description

You will be working with our team to build, develop and convert leads for Single Family Residential Real Estate in the State of Maryland. You will be on the phones, building relationships, understanding our sellers needs and closing deals.


Qualifications / Requirements

o Ability to use Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. (You will be given a baseline test on your knowledge of these systems)

o Ability to fully function on a PC.

o Must be able to type at a reasonable rate (you will be given a typing exam)

o Ability and desire to learn new apps and programs that you will utilize daily.

o Must have a personal Cell phone (you will not have to call anyone from your personal number).

o Must have regular internet access.

o Experience in the real estate investment industry is a HUGE advantage over other applicants.

o If we hire you, we will also request that you complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement because you will have access to a lot of confidential and financial information. (No exceptions.)

o Must be able to provide 3 personal and professional references.

o Ability to speak confidently over the phone and in person.

o Ability to work in Joppa MD as well as work remotely from your home or another location.

Responsibilities:

We will NOT leave you floundering around to figure out what to you. The systems have been built and you will have to manage them and assist us in growing the Inside Sales team. As we grow, you will be exposed to virtually all aspects of our company.


***We will provide all of the requisite training you will need to properly fulfill your responsibilities within our company.


Below are the core responsibilities that you will start with in our company.

o Screen initial incoming leads to determine the sellers intent and quality of lead.

o Build a relationship with the seller in order to determine who we can best assist them.

o Set appointments for the initial walk through of the properties

o Coordinate with the research team and administrative team to determine the best way forward for each lead

o Make outgoing calls to existing leads in our pipeline and ensure constant follow up on ALL leads

o Make outgoing calls to new leads from designated properties (Cold Calling)

o Track and submit to management ALL metrics related to your position

o Build a truly robust pipeline of leads that will allow us to close real estate deal on a regular basis

o Record all information from the above tasks into our online system and manage the database.

o Be an advocate for our company. Explain our company, how we work and what we can do for the seller.
