Position Summary

The Human Resources Specialist will support and execute key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, training, and workforce development. This role is essential in maintaining a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to company policies and employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

ยท Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for plant, driver, and administrative roles

ยท Conduct interviews and assist department managers in candidate selection

ยท Manage onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation

Employee Relations

ยท Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns

ยท Support conflict resolution and performance management processes

ยท Promote a positive, compliant, and safety-focused workplace culture

Benefits Administration

ยท Administer employee benefit programs including health, vision, dental, life insurance, and retirement plans

ยท Coordinate enrollments, changes, and employee communications

ยท Liaise with insurance providers and brokers

ยท Conduct benefits orientation and open enrollment sessions

Compliance & Records Management
